Beware! This is a scam.
It has been brought to our notice that certain unscrupulous persons or agencies are mispresenting themselves as employees or representatives of Yubi to the third parties and attempting to extort money by demanding upfront or advance payments towards fees, charges, security etc., from vulnerable customers on the pretext of extending loan facility by Yubi.
This disclaimer is to caution the general public against such fraudulent practices. Do not be tricked!

Please note that neither Yubi is authorized nor engaged in the business of lending activity and nor does it extend any loan facility to any person in any manner whatsoever. Yubi or any of its group companies or authorised representatives will never: (i) contact the members of the public directly for extending any loan or under the pretext of providing loans in any manner whatsoever; (ii) offer any loan facility and ask for any upfront money or money transfer in the same regard and; (iii) ask you to provide your identification documents for extending any loan.

If you receive any phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and/or an email asking for such payments or requesting for any confidential, sensitive or personal information, you are advised to not respond to such phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and/or an email. Making any such payments or sharing of any confidential, sensitive or personal information may result in fraud and loss.
We have also observed that some scamster go so far as to create fake social media pages/handles or webpages and posts content or publish information using the name and logo of Yubi. Such messages may falsely provide assurance of lending services from Yubi and intimidate the public into paying money. Please do not be misled by looking at the Yubi’s name or logo in the communications. Such correspondences are fake and should be reported to Yubi via grievanceredressal@go-yubi.com.

Yubi or its group entities shall not be liable for any kind of loss incurred or damage suffered as a result of any person (including but not limited to an individual, firm, company, trust or society) dealing with such unscrupulous person or agencies or relying on or responding to such e-mail, SMS and / or phone call or any other mode of electronic communication or otherwise.
